A standard of leadership, written by a younger generation.
CEO Under 30 is a private institution for chief executives, founders and principals who carry responsibility earlier than most. We convene them with intention, in small rooms, over long horizons.
Purpose
Responsibility, earlier.
Our members lead companies before the age at which most people are given the room to decide. That timing changes everything: the questions arrive faster, the counsel is thinner, and the cost of an untested instinct is higher.
The institution exists to close that gap — not with volume, but with proximity to people who have already stood where our members stand.
Method
Small rooms, long horizons.
Every convening is closed, unrecorded and deliberately small. Membership is by nomination and review. Nothing here is designed to be broadcast.
