The Year
A calendar built around judgement, not attendance.
Four continuing programs run through the year. Each is closed to members and their invited peers, and each is designed to be returned to rather than attended once.
Format
Closed by design.
Sessions are capped, unrecorded and led by a member of the standing faculty. Preparation is circulated in advance; nothing is presented that could have been read.

EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
Monthly working rooms of twelve, built around one live decision belonging to one member.

THE RETREAT
Two days each year, away from the company, spent on the question a chief executive has been postponing.

INTERNATIONAL DELEGATIONS
Small delegations to Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and beyond, hosted by operators in market.

COUNSEL
Long-form pairing with a senior operator, renewed annually, never brokered publicly.
Programs are open to members and nominated guests.
