Admission
By nomination. Reviewed once a year.
Membership is limited and deliberately slow to grant. Candidates are nominated by a current member or by the standing faculty, and reviewed against responsibility carried rather than valuation reached.
Criteria
What we look for.
Executive responsibility for an operating company, a team that depends on the candidate's judgement, and an intention to lead for longer than a single cycle.
Age is a boundary, not a qualification. Members join before thirty and remain for as long as they contribute.
The Process

NOMINATION
A current member or faculty principal submits the candidate in confidence.

CONVERSATION
Two unhurried conversations, one of them in the candidate's own operating context.

REVIEW
The admissions committee convenes once a year. Decisions are final and unpublished.
Enquiries are received in confidence and answered personally.
